well, kris, since you kept your end of the deal, guess i'll keep mine (but i still don't do capital letters). we'll see if i can keep this up longer this time than i did last time... here goes!
Reading back through my posts from 1. 5 years ago was kinda ironic. last time i wrote, i was attempting to adjust to the real world and now i'm trying to re-adjust to school and studying. neither is easy.. both have taught me so, so much about the Lord and myself.
i started grad school in january and am officially working towards my Masters in Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Health. as of tonight, i have officially survived the first half of my first semester of my 2 year program. whoop! (i say that before i get the grades back of course..) feels like i have a long way to go, but i'm so thankful to be doing it instead of just talking about it. that also means i'm in good 'ole CS for another couple years-- which means that you can come visit ANY time (hint, hint). fightin' Texas Aggie football anyone? i'm not above bribes.
on another note, my baby sister turned 21 today... twenty-one! i was feeling old but then i realized how old my parents must feel and snapped out of it. but for real, if you don't know her you should. she's pretty great.
happy birthday, Sar!! can't wait for our margarita date :)
